王欣然

王欣然

王欣然,男,2004年畢業於南京大學物理系本科,2009年獲美國史丹福大學電子工程碩士,2010年獲史丹福大學物理學博士,2011年入選國家首批"青年千人計畫",現任南京大學電子科學與工程學院教授。

多年來從事納米材料的研究工作,特別是在碳基低維材料的製備、結構與物性的表征、納米材料器件設計加工、及納米材料電子輸運研究方面取得多項重要成果。他在國際權威學術期刊上發表20餘篇論文,他人引用次數超過3400次。研究成果多次被學術期刊、科學雜誌和新聞機構作為 "Research Highlights", "News", "News Focus" 等專題報導,產生了廣泛的國際影響。
