牛海軍,男,北京航空航天大學生物與醫學工程學院教授、博士生導師。醫療器械研究所所長、 教育部“新世紀優秀人才”。2003年獲西安交通大學生物醫學工程博士學位。2006年起在北京航空航天大學任教。

研究工作

近5年來,先後主持千萬級“國家863重大”課題、“國家科技支撐計畫”課題、國家自然科學基金面上課題、教育部新世紀優秀人才項目、“國家科技支撐計畫”子課題、解放軍總醫院合作課題、軟體開發環境國家重點實驗室開放課題,民政部康復輔具中心課題,以及省校合作技術開發等各類橫向課題12項(主持課題經費約1800萬),另承擔國家科技支撐計畫項目1項,參與國家自然科學基金重點項目1項。除此之外,曾承擔科技部‘支撐計畫’項目2項、曾參與國家自然科學基金課題、國家863課題、香港科學研究基金和香港理工大學科研基金課題北京市科委重點項目等10項,曾主持法國博士後科研項目1項。

   在相關領域的國內外期刊發表論文80餘篇,其中第1和通訊作者60篇,被SCI/EI收錄50餘篇,申請國家發明專利19項,第1發明人專利12項,已獲得授權12項。主要從事醫學測量及儀器、生物醫學信號處理、嵌入式系統在醫學儀器開發中的套用、超聲軟組織成像、骨與軟骨組織的測量與建模、康復輔具研發等方面的研究工作。自主研發了醫用DSP高速資料採集處理系統、電子人工言語輔助系統、新型骨質疏松檢測儀、老年行為監測裝置及神經肌肉訓練康復系統等多項醫療與康復器械。

   先後指導博碩士研究生21名,目前在讀研究生10名。

教學工作

 承擔大學部生和研究生專業課程的教學工作,主要包括《生物醫學信號處理》、《生物醫學測量與儀器》、《醫學感測器》和《軟體工程》等課程,目前指導在讀研究生10名,曾指導多屆大學部生參與北航SRTP項目與國家大學生實驗計畫項目,並分別獲得“馮如杯”科技競賽一等獎、創新獎、二等獎多項。
